Pancreative Insufficiency - anyone familiar with Genova Diagnostics?

I recently had these two digestive analyses done through Genova Diagnostics within one day of each other: Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis (CDSA) 2.0: http://www.gdx.net/product/comprehensive-digestive-stool-analysis-2-cdsa2 2200 GI Effects Comprehensive Profile: http://www.gdx.net/product/gi-effects-comprehensive-stool-analysis-profile Both of these tests measured my Pancreatic Elastase which when low is indicative of Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI). The CDSA test reported level of 321 (ref range >= 201 mcg/g) which is a normal result while the 2200 GI Effects reported a level of 96 (ref range >100ug/g). My LabCorp stool test done back in April for the same was 129 (ref range >200ug/g). I started supplementing with extra pancreatin end of May. One of the symptoms of EPI is weight loss due to malabsorption. That I definitely don't have. The wide variance in lab values from the same lab within 24 hours makes me skeptical about Genova - particularly since I've been supplementing with pancreatin with each meal (pretty much the only treatment for EPI) Thoughts?
