Hello! So, in the beggining of October I started not being able to sleep. I went to bed the same time I always do, but for the first two weeks I couldn't fall asleep for hours. I also felt nauseas and almost threw up.
I have been noticing I go to the bathroom a LOT at night. I don't drink that much water before bed, maybe 2-3 sips. But I have to go to the bathroom 4-8 times a night.
I've tried melatonin supplements, and they don't work. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks!!

Maybe you are dealing with depression or going through breakup.
