Probiotics and poop

Anyone tried Prescript-Assist? My nutritionist told me to buy it and take every other day for symptoms of my celiac and colitis. It has been great! I have also started taking entocort (which I am not thrilled with), drinking lots of bone broth, and taking HCl with meals, so it is hard to tell what is helping most with my diarrhea. Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

You could also try to add fermented foods to your diet since they are a good source of probiotics. Common ones many eat are kefir and sauerkraut.

I've taken Prescript Assist, I think I might've already had the strains it targets because I didn't notice anything. It has been years ago now, but I took a ton of Theramedix probiotic and digestive enzyme combos (DGX, CDX, and PRX) and noticed a pronounced difference.
