Are you eating enough fat? It really does help.

Poop is largely composed of dead bacteria which have been allowed to proliferate due to access to food (fiber). The fermenting process equals the amount of poop you produce and vegetable fiber isn't so amazing for that. Consider inulin from jicama, chicory root and others. That will yield prodigious amounts of poop and keep you happy. It also has some metabolic benefits to it, since it gets metabolized into buyrate, a beneficial short-chain fatty acid.

Magnesium seems to help these things greatly and apparently so does eating enough fat.

I also note that coconut flour has a lot of fiber. Might help you out too.
