New to Paleohacks - severe gut / autoimmune problems

Hello- I'm Jason.  I had a horrible parasitic infection (Giardia) in 2002 and since have developed IBS, food sensitivities, lactose, fructose and gluten intolerance, constipation, hemmorhoids, SIBO, dysbiosis, leaky gut and now have oral lichen planus and geographic tongue. Im shocked that im basically in good health but all of these ailments have made it very difficult to enjoy life and I am always afraid to eat and now with the oral lichen planus its very hard to chew food.  I am severely underweight and cant gain weight and feel like im withering away.

I took 2 SIBO breath tests a few yrs ago and turns out they didnt check for methane. I believe I may be methane positive and am planning to do the test again. For the past 3 months I have been using a product called Biocidin to address my dysbiosis but i feel it may not be strong enough so i am considering the Xifaxin/Neomycin protocol.  I also started making and drinking bone broth and am on about 20 supplents to address immunity and GI health.  I tested very low for lactobacilli and my secretory IgA is non-existent. I also have to take 600mg of magnesium daily or i wont be able to go to the bathroom

Right now i am just torn on whether I should or shouldnt take probiotics, which gut protocol to stick with and am considering the AIP diet but i am so underweight that I feel like I will get even thinner. I did a 2 day broth fast last week as well.  Can anyone recommend some advice on how to gain weight while on the diet?  I need carbs to maintain my weight and as soon as I cut them out the pounds fly off.

Thanks for listening :)

Hello Jason, it sounds like you have a lot to deal with. I am not a doctor but I recommend you look into contacting F.D.N. Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist should be able to help you better than I can. Have a great day, farewel.
