I have no idea why I'm not digesting fats well. I won't get into the details but I can tell by my toilet time that I'm not absorbing fat. I am 20, and I have a perfectly fine gallbladder.
I've tried getting carbs really low, upping fats slowly. I tried digestive enzymes but my digestion was weird on them so I'd rather not take them again if I don't have to.
Is there anything I can do to absorb fats better? Do you have any idea of what is causing this? Anything would help now because I'm not getting enough calories if I eat low carb (which would essentially be low carb and low fat = feel like crap).

Ox bile extract is commonly used for this I believe, haven't had any personal experience with it but may be worth a look
As for the enzymes could be worth trying some different makes? Have you tried the standard now super enzymes?
Are there any specific fats that cause you an issue?
then of course there is always the possibility that you are just not that great on really high fat. Everyone's different and not all ratios work for everyone.
