I could try subbing out almonds with pecans and walnuts, peanuts with sunbutter (sometimes it works) but so many recipes have alvocado as a many stay and I am very sensitive to the high natural latex in alvocados that one bite of fresh guacamole has wiped me out. What in the world could you use as a substitute? I've tried looking and figureing it out on my own and most people say just don't make that recipe, but it kills a whole section of the first breakfast book. Would like to solve this before paying for more recipes that I can't use. :-)
