I have sibo and minor yeast overgrowth. I ve been on the paleo diet for a little while now. For about 5 months I still have undigested food in my stool. Its been ok on some days but mostly veggie matter. The thing that works ok for me is sweedish bitters but I can't deal with the diuretic in it. I urinate 25 times a day when on them. I switched back to enzymes, now my pancreatic is very insufficient most likely due to being on enzymes for about 6 months. I stay bloated pretty much all day so I know my body is inflamed. I started using bio gest which has Hcl and ox bile in it. I also have an enzyme with lipase, amalyse, and protase in it. So I don't know when to take them or how many to take with each meal? Also do I have to defeat sibo and yeast before my digestion gets better? Any advice would help, thanks
