Critique my diet

This is what I eat most days. I also supplement magnesium and vitamin D. I'm mostly concerned with achieving optimum health. I do have 10 or so pounds to lose, but that's secondary. Any suggestions?

I'm in my early 20s, male, 180 pounds, 6 ft tall

My diet consists of much more fat, a bit less protein, and fewer carbs. On top of that, I am very active, so I have a difficult time maintaining my weight. I'm by no mean a nutritionist, but you diet looks very good to me. If you increased your activity levels, I think you would lose that extra 10 pounds in no time.

About 6 months. I went from 215 to 180 lbs. Activity level is sedentary

Excess protein makes for expensive pee. Eat more fat or carbs, and reduce protein.

How long have you been eating this way and what does your activity level look like?
I'm 43, 6'4. In two months I went from 210 lbs to 185 lbs.
