This is what I eat most days. I also supplement magnesium and vitamin D. I'm mostly concerned with achieving optimum health. I do have 10 or so pounds to lose, but that's secondary. Any suggestions?

Excess protein makes for expensive pee. Eat more fat or carbs, and reduce protein.
