WTF is up with my BMs lately?

I haven't been eating anything outrageously different, yet I am doing the biggest poos of my life!

Sample day:

Breakfast 3 hard boiled eggs, coffee, fruit (banana), handful of walnuts

Lunch Sliced turkey breast, rice, broccoli

Dinner whole chicken quarter, 4 strips of bacon, sweet potato, fruit, glass of red wine

I also take probiotics if that makes any difference, just one a day with my dinner. All I drink is water (no juices or tea).

Considering the chronic constipation I'd been dealing with for most of my life, these easy BM's are almost a blessing, lol. It's just the sheer amount that has me flabbergasted. I know that poop is also comprised of used-up bacteria from the intestine. I guess I have good gut flora?
