See, this is why we are the dominant species on earth. Besides, you can eat an apple with your hand, a fork (which I mentioned) and either way you have few dishes than juicing it and then trying to make muffins.

i'd have trouble eating an apple with chopsticks. Perhaps you are very skilled.

thats funny, sounds like you dont understand the definition of "cognitive dissonance", for you are on the paleo diet to increase or at least maintain your health while hinting that im being unhealthy by juicing. john the drunktard

Have you tried duck or goose eggs? Often it's the protein in the chicken whites that cause reactions. The other eggs have different proteins.

Just wanted to know - do you see any effects of juicing? If yes, what are they?

There are strong arguments against the whole notion of 'juicing.' The paleo folks have plenty: loss of fiber, artificial increase of glycemic index etc.

Taking fibre out of you diet in one place and then wondering how to put it back in another seems to indicate an unrecognized cognitive dissonance.

Sell your juicer, buy more produce. Eat with fork or chop-sticks.

I throw mine in the freezer then dump it in with a chicken carcass to make stock. Sometimes it ends up a little cloudy but always tastes great!

Throw half of it back in the juice, half of it in the compost.

As far as the issues with juicing, it's fine if: -it's taken as part of a meal -it isn't too frequent -you have another source of fibre or some fat with said meal, to slow digestion

I wouldn't RECOMMEND it, but, if infrequent and had with something else, it won't cause harm. Even chimps and gorillas squeeze juice out of fruits, so we probably did too!

Soup, dude/ette. Soup, soup, soup. Or the base for a stew, too! Boil it (or skip the boiling, if you prefer), blend it with herbs and water, throw in some sliced veg, some diced meat, some avocado...
