I was looking at doing a course in Naturopathy and was keen to get some advice. From what I've read most courses cover both herbal medicine and nutrition, which is what I'm interested in.
However, I imagine most of the subjects on nutrition focus on increasing whole grains and decreasing of saturated fats? Do you just grin and bear it then do things your own way once in practise?
Or are the naturopathic courses better than say the dietetics course in this regard?
