What do you think of my diet

So I've recently been trying to put alot of things in perspective , including nutrition, so I realized that someone like me who has been eating a relatively healthy diet since I was really young, should be able to eat a diet of just avy whole unprocessed food. So here's what I've been eating

Breakfast: Porridge (sometimes oats, sometimes spelt) with free range egg yolks, mashed bananas and cooked in whole milk

Lunch: usually a stir fry just cause it's easy. Lots of veggies, some eggs(when I can't get bulk conventional ground beef on sale), potatoes, or plantains, or rice for starch, and then I usually cook in grass fed tallow(cause it's ridiculously cheap) with a sauce that I make.

Dinner: could be anything. The only consistency is that it's only whole foods, wether they're legumes, meat, grains, fruit or anything else.

I also drink whole milk with every meal. I'm not concerned with losing wieght.

I don't want to be rude but this website is for people who want to hack their diet and lifestyle, not to get a nutritionnal consult. Imagine what mess it would be if each user was posting his menus here with no specific intention, "just like that". I think you're in the wrong place. If you are interested in the opinion of paleo eaters you could post your questions Mark Sisson's forum : http://www.marksdailyapple.com/forum/forum.php

No, i was looking for what people think of my diet, and I came to the only forum that wouldn't give me the response, "it's just calories in vs calories out man".

For some odd reason, he seeks validation of his non-paleo diet by folks who frequent a paleo website.

Sounds pretty decent. Add some occasional liver and seafood if you haven't done so.

Why do you ask this question? Do you have specific goals?

A diet is not healthy by definition, it has to be the right diet for you. If you are okay with your actual diet I don't really understand your question...

Looks relatively good.

I'd recommend soaking your legumes/grains/oats etc a la Weston A Price.
