For all those interested. I have found a farm that sells meat Nation wide (UK). They haven't gone through the expensive process of labelling their foods organic. I have emailed them though and all animals are fed the correct food type IE beef are grass fed etc. They are free range and non have been injected or given hormones of any type... and the prices are fantastic! Has anyone here tried them before? I'm thinking RE price you really can't go wrong! This will be more than enough for 2 of us over a month :) We have had issues with organic meat costing too much to buy separate items and the boxes always include sausages and burgers. This is good for us and probably you on paleo :)

They have smaller boxes but for ??125 you can get all this:

25 Open Range Chicken Breast

10 Open Range Turkey Steaks

800g Diced Open Range Turkey

800g Welsh Grass Fed Minced Beef

4 Welsh Grass Fed Sirloin Steaks

4 Welsh Grass Fed Rump Steaks

4 Welsh Grass Fed Rump Lamb Steaks

2 400g Thick Cut Pastured Lean Bacon

11.5 KG total

Hi Scottyrunner. The "About Us" tab implies no hormones - it says no drugs... I need a bigger freezer too - mine is stuffed to overflowing. I'll have to eat a space in it and then re-stock!!

Very good site in deed. Lots to pick from actually. Are they hormone free do you know? Whole chickens are no good for us. No room for them unfortunately and no room to buy a bigger freezer. Built up a big list of items weighing in at 15.5kg for £135.

I've read the list of what they send - but I wouldn't want 25 chicken breasts, I'd want 10 or 12 whole chickens. Similarly, I'd rather have 4 steaks and lots of other bits of meat with nice sinews and collagen-y bits to make stews and casseroles; skirt, shin, ox cheek etc. Have a look at this site

and see what you could buy for £125. Liver, kidneys, fat, whole chickens - much better deal, in my opinion!!
