sugar/oral thrush/ray peat

so i have a case of mild oral thrush (White coating on tongue)

and whenever I have sugar, in this case orange juice, my white tongue gets worse. Is ray peat's view on sugar and yeast simply wrong? and I should stop consuming orange juice?

I mean something is either right or wrong, so im really curious if I should adhere to peat's beliefs or stick to the mainstream and avoid sugar all together.

I have the same problem right now and my mouth feels like its burnt. Also I have cracking the corner of my lips. I recently switched from a VLC-LC diet, and now adding fruits back into the diet. Could this be from sugar?
