Searching for support

Hi:)
I'm 20 yeras old and I would like to go for paleo diet. One day, maybe...
Now it seems to be impossible. I live with my family who are wheat, dairy and sweets lovers. They buy candy or chocolate every day. When i try to stop eating them i feel like if i was excluded from the family. It's like "they can eat them and don't limit themeselves and I'm the only one who can't ". Two yeras ago i cut down on sweets, dairy and grains but the only result was end of my social life, argues with family and fianlly constant binge on those products which lead me to 10kg weigh gain which i can't deal with now.
Do you have any tips for me, how to transfer into paleo human, don't lost my social life, don't binge constantly and don't feel like "everybody  can eat those products and i can't"

I'm writing to you because I can totally relate and hopefully have some tips for you! 

1) I don't live with my family, but when I do visit, I know that I will be in an environment that has sweets and grains and it is hard to resist and join in on the "fun" of eating these foods. One thing that I have found that works is to buy your own paleo foods in the house. 

2) Buy foods that are similar to what they are eating. For example if they are eating chocolate, eat some chocolate, but buy a nice dark chocolate and maybe enjoy it with a piece of fruit. 

3) You could also start making your own paleo treats and sharing them with your family and maybe even converting them to paleo as well.

4) You might also just be in a mind set where you think they are judging you for your healthy decisions, but they really aren't. I felt this way for a long time and I realized that people really don't give a damn what you eat. Most people are more concerned with what they are eating. But this is of course unless they have verbally said to you that you are not part of the family if you don't eat junk. 

5) Just keep good delicious paleo foods that you want to eat around. It will help so much! If you train yourself to like different paleo foods, you will stop having cravings for junk.

Just try to eat a little more paleo and less junk every day.  Baby steps!
