Rate my breakfast and lunch

Breakfast: 2 silver beet leaves, half a bunch of some Asian leafy green, red dulce seaweed flakes, 10 sardines heads cut off and gutted (fried in coconut oil) and coriander all cooked in a home made broth and 2 chillis and 3 garlic cloves.

Lunch: The other half of the Asian leafy greens, 10 clams, more red dulce seaweed flakes and coriander which were boiled in plain water. Then I had some fresh pineapple and leftover stewed quince.

@huntergatherer your breakfast and lunch are good. If you could add healthy drink to your breakfast, that would be great.

Can I come over for breakfast, that sounds phenomenal!! I am definitely going to need to fry whole sardines in coconut oil! :)
