Paleo diet for weight loss, am I doing this right?

I have been eating paleo for about 4 weeks and working out at Crossfit 4x per week. While I have lost a pant size, I have seen no change in weight. I feel like my body looks better, but I have belly fat that still needs to be lost. Am I eating too much? Not enough of the right mix? Or I just need to be patient?

Mon: br-3 scrambled eggs, 2 pc. bacon lunch- chicken breast, grilled vegetables dinner- chicken wings (12), 1 teaspoon almond butter

Tues: br-3 scrambled eggs, 2 pc. bacon lunch- chicken wings (7) dinner- shrimp with feta, olives, tomatos, large salad, 1 teaspoon almond butter

Wed: br-3 scrambled eggs, 3 pieces of pork/turkey sausage lunch- large salad with ck. breast, strawberries snack- about 12 almonds dinner- hamburger patty with cheese, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 avacado, sweet potato

Thurs: br- 3 scrambled eggs, 2 pc. bacon lunch- salad with salmon dinner- 6 oz. steak, sweet potato, aspargus, salad

Fri- br 3 scrambled eggs, 4 oz. steak

In agreeing with Amber, MOAR VEGGIES! You do eat lots of salad but try other stuff too like sauteed veggies, more grilled veggies, steamed veggies. With my eggs foe breakfast I like to put them over easy on a bed of spinach and use the yolk as a sauce. Most excellent. Also, ditch the scale.

Get more veggies in throughout the day. Your breakfast especially seems focused on protein, add some greens :)

step away from the scale. take pictures and measurements. as long as measurements go down and you look better in the mirror, stay off the scale. if you MUST, i would say no more than once every two weeks.

If you're going from sedentary to exercising + Paleo, you probably won't see weight loss for the most part for a while. You're gaining muscle and losing fat, and the muscle's offsetting the weight loss from the fat loss. That's why you want to look at pants size (muscle takes up less space than fat on your waist). So you're going good so far. BTW, belly fat tends to be the last to go in a lot of people. It takes time.

body recomposition always happens first....well almost always. weight loss is dependent on where you started from and how stressful your body perceives the change.
be patient. in another month if nothing is happening, adjust.

I started this lifestyle change 1 week ago at 303 and now weigh 295. I'm active but don't exercise. I hope the weight loss keeps up.

You've gone down a pant size in one month. That's definitely progress. Why do you care what the scale says if you know you've gotten smaller and you can see that you look better. It's obviously working! Patience :-)

If you love eggs like I do, then take solace in the fact that you can go out and enjoy them on a regular basis.

Not even a month... chill, wait a little bit longer. This is a lifestyle, not a miracle pill. You'll be fine... sometimes weight loss stalls, but usually just giving it some time is enough.
