Hey, everybody. So I'm on a calorie deficit, 70-100g carb, and exercising to lose weight. I eat absolutely no grains, legumes, but heavy cream and lotsa buttah! And cheese. Recently (as in the past few days) I've been almost forgetting and having little desire to eat dinner, to the point of 'conveniently' forgetting to make food for myself at night as I do everyone else's food (somehow our household of three all eat different meals. Don't ask.)
Is this my body falling into a natural circadian rythm? I feel like I should be more hungry since I've only managed 600-900 calories usually before dinner time, but I just... dont' care to eat. It's weird, I'm usually starving by night time.
Just so we all know, I'm not mentally spazzing here. Just wonder..... almost wonder if I could get away with two meals a day and IF from 2 p.m. - 11 a.m. the next day. But I don't know if I want to do that with only eating 1k or so cals PLUS walking 5.2 miles every day. Sounds dangerous.
