Hey all, I recently started the paleo diet and things are going well. I have never been a fish eater, as I despise the smell and taste of it all. Should I be taking a fish oil supplement? I never have and am unsure of the benefits but I figured now would be a good of time as any.

I'm a big proponent of seafood. Perhaps you just need to learn a few recipes that dial back that fishiness and get it a little more palatable.
