Need help with Weight Loss & Diet +Crossfit

I have been doing Crossfit since September 3-4 times per week. I am 5'2, 140 lbs and I would like to lose another 10lbs but am not sure what type of foods (Paleo) to eat and how many calories I should be consuming to get me to my desired weight. I am carb sensitive and have IBS. Please help!

First of all, CF+paleo really work! Choose your pre and post wo meals carefully. Eggs/lean beef/banana are your best friends when your doing CF. And you can do more CF WoDs such as 5 times in a week, if it's possible.

What you eat doesn't matter for weight loss, how much you eat does. There are a number of calorie counting sites/apps that would be able to assist in this goal. At 10 pounds til goal, 1/2 pound per week is all you should be shooting for.
