I have been my own form of paleo for a month now. I really only have time to cook healthy meals twice a day. I use leftovers for my lunches. However I need more protein than the allotted 30g per meal. So I usually have a protein drink or two a day for a snack or after workouts. If it is acceptable than what kinds would you suggest?

i use collagen powder, gelatin, and whey powders. they are convenient and good quality. i haven't had any bad effects from using these.

Tried it for a bit, decided to make homemade beef jerky which is great as a protein snack. Also a big spoon of Almond butter adds a lot of fat & protein easily. Paleo is what you want it to be, nobody is going to knock on your door . . . well at least not yet.
