I'm addicted to milk coffee

I've been drinking milk coffees (the no added sugar ones) and know that dairy isn't paleo. I've been thinking of making a coconut milk alternative. Good thing I don't drink these every day but something like once or twice a week. Caffeine is damn addictive. I hope this isn't a bad thing.

Try Raw Milk? If you can't quit milk especially for coffee/tea, look for raw milk and introduce that instead of regular or organic milk. Coffee and Tea doesn't taste the same with any other milk! Coconut, Cashew.. just isn't the same. Sigh! Bulletproof is a awesome if you are able to be dairy free!

For some people, dairy is fine. For others it's not. You won't know until you get off it for 30 days and then reintroduce it to see if any symptoms go away and then come back.

Switching to a smooth coconut milk is probably for the best. There's a brand of very smooth canned coconut milk at my local super market called "La Cena", that works very nicely for me - has the consistency of whipped cream... But, you could try heavy cream, or even go the bulletproof coffee way and see if those work.

You could also get a higher quality coffee and drink it like espresso. Good coffee shouldn't taste aweful, only burned low quality coffee that's sold in chains that rhyme with harbux or buncan bownuts taste bad black.
