How's my diet looking these days?

I'm been Paleo for around a year. This is what I'm eating these days - a combo of what doesn't bother my gut too much (I have bad IBS and prone to bloat), what is convenient for me, and what I like to eat. But I'm wondering if my omega balance is way off, and am I too low in protein? I was doing eggs for breakfast for months, but stopped when I realized how bloated they were making me. I am 5'1 and 100 lbs and not looking to lose weight.

Breakfast: homemade goat kefir (I'm working my way up to 1 cup) with 1/3 tsp acacia powder mixed in 1 banana, 2/3 cup blueberries, 2 tablespoons almond butter decaf Earl Grey tea

Lunch: salad: 1/3 a large free range chicken breast (skin on), homemade bacon bits, 1/4 avocado, cherry tomatoes, 1 baby cucumber, baby spinach and mixed greens, strawberries, pea shoots, toasted pumpkin seeds, around 1/2 cup of some starchy veg (usually beets roasted in coconut oil, or avocado-oil potato chips), olive oil, balsamic or red wine vinegar 2-3 squares Lindt 85% chocolate licorice tea

Dinner: Usually either 1/2 a grassfed ribeye steak with horseradish and mustard, and 1/2 cup rice rice Or 1/2 pound ground lamb or beef in 5-6 romaine lettuce wraps with 1/2 cup white rice Planning to incorporate fish into the rotation since I enjoy it more in the summer.

Maybe some more berries for dessert.

I think it looks great. You are definitely not low on protein. A little bit of chicken skin and almond butter a day seems fine to me as far as O6 is concerned Maybe exchange some of the chicken for fish since you are wanting to incorporate more? Do you feel good or are you concerned about something physically? If you feel good and this food is satisfying to you then I think you're in good shape.
