Have you tried an Alkaline diet?

When I had acid reflux I tried the alkaline diet and got a lot more cut and it helped. I'm worried that all the steaks and high fat foods are not ideal for my autoimmune conditions and if I should find a balance? Like 60% alkaline 40% acid?

Have you tried an alkaline diet? What were your results?

I don't know if its TOTAL bs, that guy was also on some weird salts. Your acidity is regulated by calcium which comes from the bones. Your body regulates many things, but if you don't support it from ideal nutrition it can be a lot harder to do and thrown off. That's more of the point I'm trying to get at; eating more of a green/alkaline food diet ratio that would be optimal. I do have High calcium, which I think its tightly regulated for almost a year now and I don't have a parathyroid disease, my PTH is normal.

There's really no reason why you have to eat mostly steaks if you are doing well eating lots of fruits and veggies. Terry Wahls has a protocol for MS that fits in with paleo that is mostly dark and colorful veggies plus small amounts of organ meats and seafood. Avoid neolithic agents of disease and then make it work for you.

It's total bs, your body regulates your ph balance not the foods you eat. This poor fellow passed away from following Dr. Robert O. Young's so called ph miracle diet:
