A pubmed search for Pubmed Vitamin D Multiple Sclerosis brings up a sufficient number of papers indicating that a low Vitamin D status is linked to MS incidence and progression.
As Low Vitamin D levels are also associated with tiredness and muscle fatigue it makes sense to take sufficient Vitamin D3 to raise 25(OH)D to the natural levels those still living hunter gather lifestyles in East Africa naturally attain and maintain.
Grassrootshealth have a series of charts that enable you to work out how much Vitamin D based on your current weight is required to reach 125nmol/l or 50ng/ml. They also offer postal Vitamin D testing (as does the Vitamin D Council) In the UK cheapest testing source is "City Assays Vitamin D Blood Spot Test" and Amazon generally have a years supply Vitamin D3 5000iu around ??10ish.

Eat more carbs. If you are eating only non-starchy vegetables, eat a LOT of them. For me, a serving of bell peppers is 2 whole peppers. You can also add in potatoes and white rice is a lot of veggies will irritate your gut. Here is a list of foods that seem to help/hinder IBS:
And of course there are other things, like low iron, or low vit B. Even though you are eating meat, if you have an irritated gut you may not be absorbing those things.
