For awhile I have been consistent with my cycle, almost clockwork. These past couple months I have been paleo-lazy, guiding off the road here and there. A week ago I buckled down and enforced a "stricter" expectation on my diet and also took up personal training, adding two more strength training days a week, thus increasing my work outs to 4 times/week, as opposed to 2 or 3 before. This was just a week ago.
My expected cycle is just a few days late, and I'm wondering if the changes I put on my body seven days ago could have influenced the wait?
