Eating bull testicles?

So, yesterday I went into my local grocery store, and decided to try some new exotic meat. I was looking in the meat section, and I found various types of meats: snout, tongue, liver, kidney, and etc. What really stuck out to me was the big bull testicles right in front of me. I got one pack, and decided to try it. I cleaned it, seasoned it, and cooked it. I tried one piece of it, and it taste like tofu, with a hint of cumin. The aftertaste is a problem though, because it does have a faint sour taste. On the web, I found some information about the nutrient facts of bull testicles. http://www.diet-blog.com/11/the_nutrition_of_animal_testicles.php I also found a website where I can get the testicles in capsules form, which I am thinking of trying. Would any of you paleo-hackers eat bull testicles?

cue @Stephen 4's Eat testicles for healthy testicles question.

I've had rocky mountain oysters on a dare. Not good. But it is clear, through looking at modern HG, that our ancetors bit the ball (so to speak).

I've had them many times but they are called Calf Fries or mountain oysters. They shouldn't be from a bull but from a calf, when they castrate the calf and make them into steers. If they are cooked right (preferably breaded and fried like fried chicken) they should have the taste and consistency of chicken gizzards. I grew up in Texas and they are a staple at many of the bars just like Hot Wings.

It would take a crap load of good science and a dash of magical super-food hype to get me to bite down on the balls of a bull.
