Diet Coke/Soda/Energy Drink Withdrawal?

Been following a strict VLC/ZC for a long time now but haven't kicked the diet carbonated drinks habit until recently. I usually drink 1-2 of them a day including diet cokes, diet red bulls, diet sodas.

Kicked the habit this week and noticed a JUMP in my appetite as well as feeling tired (I've been drinking coffee instead so it's not caffeine doing it).

Has anyone experienced similar feelings of ramping up of the appetite, initially, from cutting out diet sodas?

But in US you can buy it on Amazon.

Like any addiction, there are going to be withdrawal symptoms. When I cut out diet soda I also cut out coffee so I had increased appetite as well as the headaches and mess that comes with caffeine withdrawal.

Ride it out and things will settle down in a bit.

Good choice to kick it!

I surrendered soda and chocolate very nearly 4 years prior for loaned. The initial two weeks was hard, it was similar to enslavement. I was prickly and like a pill addict. I was hunting everywhere throughout the house down soft drinks (diet coke). It was difficult to succeed, however recollect that, it takes your body 21 days (3 weeks) to kick an unfortunate propensity, so be patient. I was additionally dependent on caffeine, so the way that I was not having soft drinks and I was getting these gigantic migraines.
