I didn't know that! I'm usually trying to hold my rings on and today, after a big carb refeed yesterday, my fingers feel swollen and rings feel tight. I'll give it a go!

What works for me is to follow it with a day that consists of couple of HUGE steaks and lots of purified water (at least 2 litres), but nothing else, AND a good night's sleep of at least eight hours (this is important). This usually results in a 2+ pound loss on the scales when I weigh in the next morning.

Like Organic Romantic said, high protein and fat consumption the next day helps a bit if you want to ditch the weight quickly.

I've found that water weight drops on its own within 2-3 days, provided my carb ratio isn't out of line with my activity level (I eat high-carb on training days). Just keep drinking water, eating normally, and it'll be gone in no time.
