I been Paleo-ish for almost 6 months now and I feel great. I lost some weight, around 10 pounds to be exact and definately lost fat (dropped 2 sizes). In the past 2 months, I noticed that I am not losing any more weight or fat. I don't care much for weight, but I would like to lose some more body fat. Right now I stand at 5,5" and weight around 144 lbs.
Here is what I eat daily:
Breakfast - 2 pastured egg, 2 slices of bacon, half an avocado, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 green onion, half a cucumber, zucchini (1/4 slice) and spinach (~15 leafs) with 1 table spoon of kerry gold Also, have my black tea with some heavy cream
lunch: ~ 0.5lbs of broiled grass-fed ground beef, 1 table spoon of kerry gold, 5 cherry tomatoes, half of cucumber, half of avocado, one green onion, zucchini (1/4 slice), spinach (throw down like 10-15 leafs) and sometimes with macadamia nuts (about 5)
dinner: 0.5lbs of broiled grass-fed ground beef, 1 table spoon of kerry gold, 5 cherry tomatoes, one green onion, zucchini (1/4 slice), spinach (throw down like 10-15 leafs) and 4 baby-carrots followed by tea with heavy cream.
Everything is cooked with coconut oil which I also consume randomly. I IF ones or twice a week and exercise 3 times a week and always commute using a bike or just walk.
Ones or twice a week I eat wild Alaskan salmon or tuna from a can and eat 0.5 lbs of liver. I also consume good amount of cheese.
I don't take supplements of any sort and eat fruit sporadically. I do consume alcohol, mostly vodka or whisky and can average up 1/2 liter a week (I am 26 and just finishing up my grad school)
I plugged in approximate numbers into a tracker and it tells me that I consume 8% Carb, 25% protein and 67% fat.
Any suggestions on how I can improve on my diet (aside from drinking less)?

I cut through a plateau by eliminating all dairy, nuts, and alcohol. Dairy, even when it is high-fat and low-carb, can illicit an insulin-response. Mark Sisson talks about that here.
Also, I know this isn't what you want to hear, but that is a lot of alcohol, even if it doesn't have any carbohydrates. Your body will burn alcohol before it burns fat, so even if the hard alcohol doesn't take you out of ketosis, your body cannot burn fat while it is consumed with burning alcohol. However, as a recent college grad, I understand your predicament, and if the alcohol is really important to you, you might just have to be more vigorous in other weight-loss tactics (such as cutting out the dairy or IFing maybe).

Hi Alex. Drink less. ;)
Other than that, sounds like you're making good progress. To drop more weight, you may have to reduce your fat intake briefly -- but a better option would be to drink less. The fat at least benefits you -- the alcohol is as bad as sugar. Your activity level sounds good, though.
