It is my understanding that sardines are very high in omega 3 and I'll often eat 10 in one sitting which seems like a lot of omega 3 and I do this a least once each week because they taste good. On top of this I'll continue to crave more seafood throughout the week until I decide to switch to wild game or pastured beef which I consume weekly also. So my question is, can you possibly get too much dietry omega 3? I suppose I could get away with it if I like consume some extra virgin olive oil and small amounts of dairy from cafe style ice coffees.
