Depends what you consider 'diet' drinks. If you mean 'diet' sodas then you should smack yourself for even asking. If you mean some other type of concoction, then look at the label and ask yourself if there is anything in there that you might not want to consume, things like added sugars, sweeteners, preservatives, trans fats...the list goes on. Also may want to ask yourself why you cant get those things in the form of real foods or home-processed alternatives, as pretty much anything processed and sold can be made cheaper and better ( Nutritionally ) at home if you have the time.
