Kefir and diahrrea?

Not sure if they're related, but I end up with diarrhea typically only when I drink kefir beforehand. Could there be a reason why? I also deal with yeast overgrowth and h pylori

Do your kefir from goat or sheep milk (different casein than cow) and ferment it for 24 hours (add raw, local honey and fruits afterwards if you find it bitter). This will also take care of both casein and lactose problems. Also, kefir might require a few days before getting used to it, most people recommend starting with only 1/4 cup.
