I started eating clean with a Everyday Paleo Life Fit 21 Day Jump Start, back in February. My IBS, with a tendency toward constipation, cleared, almost immediately. My (sorry) poops have been much looser than before, and I have been regular. Until last month...no changes to diet, but I RUN to the loo. It's comes out of me like water. Probiotics doesn't seem to do a lot to help. This has been going on for over a month now, and it is effecting my strength at the gym. I'm sure I'm not getting any nutrients from my food, as it pours out of me with in an hour after eating. Has anyone had anything like this happen?

If this has been happening for over a month and there were no diet changes to provoke it, I'd recommend going to a doctor to check for parasites.

Thank you so much. I started up-ing my tubers a bit. I found a really good probiotic and take a little glutamine for stomach-lining repair. It worked!! Two weeks now, and things are much more solid, and regular :)

Try adding some tubers in your diet if you are not eating any. I was getting the same runny diarrhea like poop for at least a year when I was on low carb paleo and zero carb.
