You poor thing...

Your best bet is to seriously educate yourself -- and fast.

Eating helpful foods and avoiding harmful ones can make a HUGE difference for all the conditions you listed. I'm sure the last piece of advice you want is "hey, go read a book," but with the amount of conditions you have, I really think it behooves you to learn WHY certain foods work the way they do and you'll be so much better positioned to help yourself.

Diane Sanfilippo's book Practical Paleo does a wonderful job of covering a wide array of health conditions and which specific protocols (including diet, supplements, and other lifestyle modifications) work best for each of them. In the meantime, you can search a ton of Paleo sites for info regarding digestive health/"fixing" your digestion, and possibly the autoimmune protocol. Basically, it sounds like you need to heal your digestion, regulate your blood sugar, and cool all that inflammation. You might have to take some relatively drastic dietary measures, but it sounds like your body is breaking down in many ways, and you owe it to yourself to do whatever you have to in order to feel better.

I have all but cured my bipolar, arthritis, and skin problems with diet, exercise, and supplements.

I take: Nature Made Multivitamin for Women, 2000 UI Vitamin D, Nature Made Vitamin B Complex, Nature Made Triple Omega X3, Oil of Oregano X3, Olive Leaf X3, Turmeric X3, Glucosamine/Chondroitin X3, Calcium 250mg.

I am thinking about adding some potassium/magnesium to combat late night muscle cramping in my legs.

My usual diet is: For breakfast I eat 2 bacon, 1/4 avocado, 1 egg. Snack 1 is usually a piece of fruit and some almond butter. Lunch is 3oz of meat and 1 to 2 cups of vegetable. Snack 2 is 1 oz jerky and 1 oz nuts. Dinner is 3oz of meat and 1 to 2 cups of vegetables. Snack 3 is a hard boiled egg and avocado.

Hope this helps!

I would definitely check for pyroluria, which may be causing all your illnesses
