Recovering from a valentines feast of all the un-paleo

Is there like a detox or flush if per say one person went crazy on pizza and cake for valentines day to get back to the good feeling we might have had earlier??

I've experienced this as well. Hell if I know the science behind it, but it happens.....

why bother looking for a "detox" or "flush"?

just forget about it.

its done, cant be changed so live with it.

sorry for the harsh words but im not one for "aww you did so well bullshit and just fell off the wagon"

I notice when I "cheat" on occasion, it seems to jar my metabolism and I lose more weight

Exercise may help... it will burn some sugar and improve your insulin sensitivity.
