It's almost like a male period or something. I'll be feeling great for weeks on end and then out of nowhere I'll get all kinds of adrenal fatigue/hypothyroid symptoms which often lead to depression and lower productivity. For example, during the past week I have been getting 9-10 hours of sleep a night and it's still painful to roll out of bed. When I'm feeling like this my eyes are often really dry and my muscles take forever to recover. I'm just wondering where this comes from..and is it common?
Does anybody else have this problem? Should I stop my weight training/cardio when I start to feel any symptoms? I really don't feel like I workout too much(only 3 days of lifting per week with 1 or 2 days of intense cardio.
