You didn't add 10 lbs of muscle. You didn't add 10 lbs of fat. You probably added 5-7 lbs of water, and a couple of lbs of muscle and a couple of lbs of fat.
You need to define your goal. And the goal should not be -- I want to be 175 lbs -- weight is irrelevant.
Your goal should be:
- I want to maintain a proper weight without starving myself
- I want to progress faster in crossfit
- I want to be able to
- I want to see muscle tone in my shoulders
- I want to see my abs
Once you define your goals, then you can tailor your diet/ lifestyle around the goal.
