*This post contains links to outside resources. You may want to open them in different tabs.

If you want something more structured with virtual coaching or ideas, there are a few resources that you should explore.

Whole30 is a program run by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig (Whole9 website & It Starts With Food book). Their book is an excellent resource for doing a hard-core challenge.

Practical Paleo is a book that has many 30-Day protocols for various auto-immune issues and body-image issues. Diane Sanfillipo is a great resource.

And lastly, Jason Seib has a 21-Day Paleo menu in his new book, The Paleo Coach. This menu is based off of The Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook which has some delicious dishes that are all strictly paleo.

I hope this helps. By the way, this is not self-promotion. I have/use/believe in every one of these resources because they have allowed me to grasp the "paleo lifestyle" on which I have experienced some AWESOME benefits including weight-loss. But the biggest kick from this journey has been feeling fresh and new again. I have been able to reverse the "I'm just getting older" feeling of my body breaking down.
