Well I've been experiencing a lot of sress for several years, but the circles just happened in the last few weeks. I don't think it's the iron, since I eat a lot of meat and eggs, but it could be Vitamin D, although I do take supplements.

I had dark circles due to poor sleep, allergies, genetics, and mine clear up tremendously when I'm living paleo. I agree with Linds's response..stick with it!

How's your sleep? Are you stressed? Do you have any allergies? Dark under eye circles can be caused poor sleep habits (low melatonin), high cortisol levels or many allergies. I've also read that it can be caused by low vitamin d or low iron. If you track your food in cronometer for a week you should be able to see if you're deficient in something.
