Chocolate or tahini???

My downfall seems to be treating myself to tahini or dark chocolate. Which would be healthiest and/or better for less weight gain between the two?

Both are fine and I sincerely doubt either is going to cause weight gain unless you are binge eating....

I'd go with dark chocolate. More fat, many other benefits and most important...tastier!

Both! Mix cacao nibs or good cocoa powder into the tahini. Kind of pseudo-chocolate-halvah... om nom nom... I've kind of done this before. I was making one of those "coconut oil and cocoa concoctions" that go in the freezer and one uses as a substitute for chocolate bars with sugar. Instead of all the coconut oil, I used some portion of tahini. And it was good.

Chocolate, as it kills appetite. Get some baker's chocolate.

Watch out! Tahini can contain gluten. Check your labels.
