This(http://daiasolgaia.com/?p=1302) 3 part article suggests it's more optimal/paleo than other dairy. Any thoughts on this?

I don't know about that but from experience the last time I ate goat cheese I was sick for two days. After eating paleo my stomach is too sensitive for it.

Which article? (The following sentence is a space-filler because a comment can't be less than 15 characters. Wonder which genius came up with that one.)

Better protein profile than cow milk dairy, for sure. Also better fat particle size and slightly less lactose. All good things.

Cow's milk and dairy products do a number on me because of the casein (including, unfortunately, butter). I can tolerate goat dairy MUCH better, and have become quite fond of its tangy flavor. Of course, that's just me.
