So heres the run down:
I have hashimotos, and am in the process of treating it w/ ldn and paleo + raw dairy.
I just introduced raw milk to my diet. I drank processed milk for the first 22 years of my life, and have been paleo for over a year. Im trying to get away from so much beef, so I thought introducing raw milk into my diet would be a good idea. Because of the cysteine effect on thyroid function. over the past two years i really havent eaten any dairy besides some pastured butter here and there..
Its been 2 days, and ive only drank 1/2 glass per day w/ some raw butter on my food here and there. I believe the milk is giving me a headache. In fact im pretty sure it is, because I NEVER get headaches ever... Also, I am getting some scalp itchyness and dandruff from it, and my hair looks much worse. hair loss is a big concern for me and I simply can't have it. Things have been much better hair wise, when I do not eat dairy, but im looking to figure out a way to incorporate it so that I can have hair and dairy..
Should I just push through all of this and eventually it will go away, or can am I just not able to tolerate dairy?

could be the lactose. i'm okay with fermented yogurt and no lactose cheeses, but i tried raw milk a few days ago and i've been feeling like total crap. lots of rectal bleeding, fever, headaches, upset stomach. i'm not gonna risk it again and i only drank 1/3 cup.
