"Not suppose to"...says who? it's a highly nutritious food that is highly beneficial for those who tolerate it....it is arguably the cleanest source of protein there is...it's a meal in itself...what if I said humans were not suppose to eat meat...not being able to tolerate milk is just a signal of poor metabolism due to inflammation, it's the body that it is going into, NOT the milk

Love dairy or not, Michael, allergies are serious issues. They can get worse or be life-threatening. No cream in your coffee or cheese on your burger is worth it in the long-run.

Raw milk is not magic. If you are allergic to milk, you are allergic to milk... period. Don't try and consume it, you don't need to.

If you're allergic to milk, it's the protein your body reacts to, not the state of the protein. Just like cooking milk doesn't make the protein inactive, consuming raw milk doesn't change that.

perhaps it is the A1 vs A2 thing

Google 'dr mercola devil in the milk' and 'dr thomas cowan devil in the milk'  and read their articles

I believe that op raw milk is a mix of holstein and jersey, whereas claravale is all jersey

perhaps you would do better with claravale

Humans were not suppose to consume cows milk. We are in an unfortunate predicament because we need 1000mg per day of calcium, and more if your a teenager or pregnant. Fruits and veggies don't add up to what we need. Cows milk is not natural and has to be processed to avoid sickness and possibly death. Sardines are the highest on the natural list, but you will have to eat 5.4 servings a day or 16oz to meet your needs. 3 Servings of dairy will do you if you want to go that rout. Processed cheese is even better, and off the scale is sea weed thats 7-14 times higher than cows milk. We got a bad shake here with no supplement of good calcium, maybe its time to take supplements.

i just tried some raw milk yesterday and have had the worst gut pains and gas all day. had quite a bit of blood with my Bm a few hours ago. it sucks because the taste is amazing- way better than i remember regular milk tasting.

Personally, I am not willing to try any purported cure to a milk allergy. It's too darned scary. There's life and tons of wonderful food without touching dairy products. Consider it.
