Frist Paleohack question!
I'm a pubmed junky and been trying to decide lately where I land with dairy. Seems like I can find a dozen control trial articles showing that dairy is both awesome or awful.
I've been wondering lately if it may be just a matter of beeing hypo or hyper caloric... specifically, I'm thinking Dairy's benefits come out in a hypocaloric state, and the negatives in a hypercaloric state. I think the same could be true perhaps of nut butters, which are super easy to overdo (guilty!).
Has anyone else run across this idea/tested that out?
Aka, good on diary below maintenance calories, worse when over? And/or with other 'debateable' paleo foods? Also, any control trial studies you know of?
