I removed dairies like 2 months ago and now I would like to add some of them back. Not sure if I had any specific allergies againts it - I think I was tolerating fairly well homebade cottage cheese from goat's milk and organic butter from cow's milk since - but at that time I wanted to remove any potential foods that might trigger some of my gut symptoms. So far I only reintroduced homemade kefir in small amounts.
Any hints/ideas how I should proceed? This question is especially addressed to those who succeeded in similar pursuit.

Add it in by itself, slowly, and see if you notice any of the old reactions.
For me, I had pretty bad acid reflux, which got worse when I went primal, but went away when I removed all dairy.
I recently tried cheese from raw milk, which is the only thing we seem to be able to get from raw milk around here, and had no reaction so far. But haven't had it every day, just one or two slices here and there over a long period.
So maybe it was a reaction caused not by the dairy itself, but by the original leaky gut issues. I've not tried dairy from pasteurized milk, not sure I want to try, but that too would be another test.
Hopefully, whatever reaction you were having to the dairy is also now gone.
So try it with dairy for a month and see how you do, then if you have a reaction, take it out again for at least a month and see if the reaction goes away. If it does, then give up on dairy.
