Critical books on dairy

Howdy all:

I'm on a bit of a kick right now, reading books dealing with specific areas of nutrition, but I've yet to come across a book outlining the pitfalls of dairy. I'm looking for something along the lines of 'Wheat Belly' - but for dairy.

Has anyone read anything like this, or can recommend any resources?

Thanks.

Thanks. The reason for researching has nothing to do with eliminating dairy. I, personally enjoy dairy and have little incentive to stop consuming it. But I want to have a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of nutrition - good or bad. Thanks for the link.

Thanks a bunch. Just checked it out and was led to this great resource of the original study: http://www.ctsu.ox.ac.uk/~china/monograph/ which will be great reading. Thanks for the lead ;)

The China Study by T. Colin Campbell (borrow it from the library, don't waste money on it.)

What do you want to know specifically? Honestly I(key word) don't see the point of going into detail. If you like dairy and feel good, go ahead and have dairy. In the end no matter how many books you read it will come down to 2 choices, to have dairy or not. Experience it.

But if you want to know more here
