Or a gallon of milk a day? Right now I am trying to put on weight as I am very skinny and have hit a plateau on my lifts.
Besides milk, I am pretty much 100% paleo. It's just way too difficult for me to take in enough calories on a paleo diet as I am busy and don't have time to constantly be preparing and eating food all day. The milk makes up about 30-40% of my calories and is a HUGE help for me.
I get only organic and sometimes grassfed milk. So far I haven't had any problems with bloating or acne or any other supposed side effects.
