I had removed dairy for a year sometime back. I didn't find major changes on removing or reintroducing it while on a non-Paleo diet. Like I have read, people sensitive to certain food find immediate reaction like acne, GI issues, etc within days of re-introduction, I experienced nothing of that sort.
I did find some changes in my PCOS symptoms (going bad slow and steady) after many months (like 4-5 months). But I must also mention that I wasn't dx'ed that time (so did nothing for PCOS), was lax with workout and has more than moderate stress most of the time.
Is it safe to assume that milk goes down fine?
I take dairy intermittently (not Paleo yet)... like I take once a day or two for a few months and then totally off it for a few months without major changes to indicate any issue with dairy.
Or should I look for more subtle/small changes as well?
